• The shuttle to the castle will depart from the Rome Airport Hilton at 10am on Tuesday morning. There will not be a 2pm departure. This is a change. See the list to know how we expect you to arrive at the castle
• A light buffet breakfast is served every morning in the building just behind the office, downstairs. Begins 8am (8:30 Sundays) and ends at 10:30am.
• For those in the choir, we will rehearse from 9:30 to 10:30 above the breakfast room, and then depart on our daily excursions.
• There are hair dryers in the rooms
• Dress: We'll be nicely casual all week but will plan to be casually elegant for our night at the Opera house. It's a large group and we have a wide comfort zone for what people choose to wear
• There will be no rehearsals on Monday the 13th after our performance on the 12th. Two motor coaches will be available to you; one for central Florence, one for villas nearby.
• Transportation will be provided to all group functions. We will meet in front of the restaurant at the foot of the castle drive.
• If you decide to skip an excursion please cross your name off the list so that we are not waiting for you!
• For questions about the Castello, services in the area or obtaining private transportation, check with reception. They can help you make individual arrangements if needed.
• For those who choose to take a Castle Day (swim, lounge, hike, etc.) you can make a reservation for lunch at La Torre restaurant by contacting reception.
