The schedule below should work well for most people in the group. However we are happy to work with you individually if your scheduling requires special attention. Get in touch with us and we will work out the details.
Arrival:
May 5: You can plan to arrive at the Munich International Airport from the U.S. or other destinations in Europe at any time, day or night. We will have a shuttle running every half hour to the Sheraton Hotel located in a village about two miles from the airport. We will greet you with a welcome cocktail. Dinner that evening is included. Note that you lose a day when traveling east to Europe and would have to depart the states on May 4 for a May 5 arrival.
May 6: After breakfast we will check out by 9:30am for a 10:00am departure for the palace in Salzburg. Anyone who would like to join us on the morning of May 6 should arrive at the Sheraton by 9:30am.
Departure:
May 12: After breakfast we will check out by 9:30am for a 10:00am departure for the Munich Airport. We will arrive at the airport by noon. We urge you to give yourself plenty of time (two to three hours) before a scheduled departure flight.
